Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on activeathlete88.com. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any Active Athlete physical store location.
Eligibility & Final Sale

Standard Items: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging (shoe boxes must be intact).

Clearance Merchandise: All sales of items within the "Clearance" category are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin your process, please contact us at (713) 738-7860. We will provide a prepaid UPS return label via email.

Return for Refund: A $6.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of our prepaid label.

Exchanges: The $6.95 label fee is waived if you choose to exchange your item for something else. (Note: One exchange allowed per item; subsequent exchanges incur a $30 restocking fee).

Self-Shipping: You may choose to use your own carrier at your own expense. We recommend using a service with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages sent via personal shipping methods.

Packaging Requirements
All items must be placed in a proper shipping box (the original shipping box or an equivalent).
Important: Do not place the shipping label directly on the packaging of the item purchased—doing so will result in the return being rejected. Please cover or black out any old tracking labels on the outer box.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service at (713) 738-1110 before shipping the item back.

New Items: Defective unworn items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Worn Items: Must be inspected by our Returns Department. If deemed defective, we will offer an exchange. If the item is judged not to be defective, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your package, please allow 7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds: Will be applied to your original form of payment.

Timing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.
Active Athlete In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Active Athlete physical stores do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Store credit will be issued only if the following conditions are met:

The original store receipt is presented.

Merchandise is in new, unworn condition.

All original tags remain attached.
