Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping between $12 and $25 for all orders within the United States.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your items ship.

Tracking Your Order: Once your package departs our Houston facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

Split Shipments: In the event your order is fulfilled from multiple locations and must be split into separate shipments, please note that additional shipping fees will apply to the extra packages.

Lost & Stolen Package Policy
At Active Athlete, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, the responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Monitoring
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
Liability Disclaimer
Active Athlete is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments if the tracking information shows the package as "Delivered." This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

No one was available to receive the delivery.

Packages were left unattended at a residence or place of business.

Theft occurring after the package was successfully delivered by the carrier.
In these instances, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or checking with neighbors and building management.
